Southwest One has an experienced and knowledgeable management team, here, on-site. Spearheaded by The Dorchester Oaks Corporation, owners of the complex since its beginning, management continuously focuses on indoor and outdoor improvements and upgrades.
Environmental sustainability will be reached progressively through BOMA’s leading environmental certification program, known as “BOMA BESt”.
Its residential areas will be refurbished with a more personalized and socially-oriented “look and feel” (new signage, urban furniture, family-focused facilities and more) and surrounding medical installations (with walk-in clinic) will expand to better answer the growing needs of the population.

The careful balance between urban density and park-like surroundings was accomplished over 40 years ago and today, Southwest One is looking towards the future to maintain its pioneering vision.
Whether its green roofs, harvesting rainwater, recycling or outdoor facilities, our management team is dedicated to uphold quality standards such as:
- implementation of an energy and water audit;
- continuous monitoring of resource consumption;
- ongoing improvement of our preventative maintenance program.
